A second opinion on your skin, before you buy the next thing.

Take a photo. Get a specific read on what's actually going on — texture, redness, pigmentation, congestion — and a routine built for that, not for what's trending this week.

Here's what we look at. That's it.

We don't promise to tell you your skin's "aura" or its "vibe." We read seven things from a clear photo, in good light, of a clean face. If the photo isn't good enough, we tell you to retake it.

TEXTURE surface unevenness, pore visibility, micro-bumps
ERYTHEMA diffuse redness and inflamed zones
PIGMENTATION melanin distribution, dark spots, post-acne marks
SEBUM oil distribution across T-zone and cheeks
HYDRATION_SIGNAL fine lines from dehydration vs. age
CONGESTION blackheads, sebaceous filaments, closed comedones
BARRIER_FLAGS signs of compromised barrier from over-exfoliation

Your routine, written for the skin in the photo.

About the Amazon links.

Yes, we earn a small commission when you buy through them. No, it doesn't change what we recommend — the model picks ingredients first, then finds the cheapest credible product that contains them.

If a $7 drugstore option fits, that's what shows up. We'd rather be useful than expensive.

example: when your scan flags azelaic acid 10%, you might see —

What this isn't.

We're not a doctor. We can't diagnose conditions like rosacea, eczema, or skin cancer. If something's changing fast, growing, or bleeding, see a dermatologist. We'll even tell you to.

We can't diagnose medical conditions.
We won't tell you you're "flawless" to make you feel good — there's nothing to fix and that's a finding too.
We don't sell our own products. The recommendations come from existing brands.
If a finding looks concerning, we'll tell you to see a real dermatologist before we say anything else.
Maya, founder of Reada

Why I built this.

I spent four years and probably $2,000 on serums that didn't do anything for my skin because I didn't actually know what was wrong.

The first time I saw an analysis that said "your barrier is compromised, stop using actives for two weeks" I cried a little. I wanted everyone to have that.
